Easy Returns Process
- To make the returns process as easy as possible, we provide a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label and re-usable packaging for you to use.
- You will be provided with an easy-to-complete returns form, allowing you to specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- You have 28 days to return your goods. We aim to action all returns within 5 days, although it is often quicker than this.
Refunds
- We offer Free Returns on all full price items.
- If any item you return for a refund is in the sale, or has an offer applied (i.e. a discount code), there will be charge of £2.95 if you choose to use our pre-paid returns label.
- If you are returning your whole order, we will refund at least the standard cost of delivery to you.
Exchanges
- Our Returns Policy applies as per above. We will send out your exchange on a free delivery service to you.
