We offer Free Returns on all UK orders. To make the returns process as easy as possible, we provide re-usable packaging and one pre-paid Royal Mail returns label to use free of charge.
If you require more than one returns label to return your goods you will be charged £2.95 for each additional label that you use. We aim to action all returns within two days of receiving them.
If you require an Exchange your return to Shoetique will be free, however there will a delivery charge of £3.50 to send out the Exchange back out to you.
