Returns
We hope you love your new purchase from Shoetique, however if you are not completely satisfied, or you have simply changed your mind, you have up to 365 days to return them to us.
Please kindly note that we do ask our customers to cover the postage costs of returning any unwanted items to us.
We do expect that any items returned to us are undamaged, in an unworn condition, and accompanied with any original packaging.

We strongly recommend that our UK customers use a tracked service when returning items to us. For any products returned to us from outside of the UK, we suggest a courier service such as FedEx.
Please ensure to include your proof of purchase within the return, plus a note clearly stating your name, address, and whether you require a return or an exchange.
We will not accept the return of the following products which are excluded from this returns policy:
· Shoe care products
· Products that, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of (which shall be determined in our absolute and sole discretion)
· Products that have been worn or damaged
