Our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as seamless as possible. We provide clear instructions on how to return your goods, giving you a pre-paid label for you to use with Royal Mail. You don't need to buy any additional packaging, simply use the re-usable packaging we send to you.
Always make sure you get proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without the proof of posting.
Please do not stick the returns label to the shoe box as it damages the original packaging and we will be unable to resell the item at full price. In the event of this happening we will deduct 25% from your refund.
Free Postage - There is no charge for returning your original order to us or for us to send out the exchange item to you. Exchanges are limited to a maximum of 2 exchanges per order.
We do not pay postage on items returned to us for a refund - We will deduct £2.95 from your order refund if you use the postage paid returns label to return your shoes to us. If you use another method of postage to return an order to us then refunds will not be issued for any cost incurred in sending the item to us.
We action returns as soon as we get them so you'll be rest assured your refund is applied quickly or the exchange you requested is sent out to you straight away. If there are any problems we'll give you a call or send you an email.

Requesting an Exchange
If you require an exchange please use the form supplied in your parcel to outline exactly what you would like. Exchanges should be requested within 30 days of your original order. We will send your parcel on a 2-day Royal Mail tracked service and will confirm by email as soon as we do so. Return of the parcel is free via the two pre-paid returns labels supplied in your parcel or you can download a copy at the bottom of this page. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your exchange i.e. we don't have your required size in stock, we will refund your shoes in full and will let you know.

Requesting a Refund
If you require a refund within 30 days of purchase and your item is unworn, in immaculate condition and returned to us in the original shoe box and packaging then please specify so in the form supplied in your parcel. A pre-paid label can be printed off at the bottom of this page. There will a charge of £2.95 to use one of our pre-paid postage labels. The £2.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Shoetique, however if you experience a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible via telephone on 0800 849 7000 or email: email@example.com to report any faults or defects.
We are happy to accept the return of any faulty item for a full refund or a replacement if the issue or fault is reported to our Customer Services department within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned to us using the pre-paid postage label and returns note that was included with the original order. If you require an additional postage label and returns note, please contact our Customer Services department and we will be delighted to send a label and returns form via email. When returning a faulty item to us – please ensure you get proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without the proof of posting.
For defects reported to our Customer Services department between 30 days and 6 months after purchase, we are able to offer a like-for-like replacement or a credit note to the value of the original item to be used with Shoetique.co.uk. We can also offer a credit note if you wish to keep the faulty goods, the amount issued will depend on a number of factors including the severity of the defect and the time since purchase. Please provide a photograph of the defect upon reporting so that the defect can be assessed. Unfortunately, our returns policy does not cover wear and tear, or other damage that is not a manufacturing defect.
Our returns policy does not cover goods beyond 6 months after purchase and thereafter. Any faults or defects reported after 6 months of receipt of the goods will be considered wear and tear.
