FitFlop sandal 20 step test
FitFlop suede hoes have been DuPont coated for water and stain resistance. The uppers and footbeds are microfibre-lined and anti-bacterial AEGIS™ treated to help prevent odours.
If your FitFlop suede shoes get WET, stuff them with towels and let them dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight for at least 24 hours.
We recommend cleaning the upper with a soft suede brush only. Specialist suede protectors can be applied from time to time to top-up resistance.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.

To enhance the leather and improve water resistance, we recommend you polish your boots/shoes with a good wax polish. If the leather gets DIRTY, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth before topping up the polish.
Specialist leather cleaners/protectors can be used from time to time. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
If your leather boots/shoes get WET, stuff them with towels and let them dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight for at least 24 hours. Once dry they will benefit from an application of a specialist neutral-coloured leather conditioner.
The Toe-Post Sandal gives me blisters
While this is not a common complaint, we have heard that some people who have not worn a FitFlop toe-post sandal before get blisters. This is because the skin around the toes aren't used to the rubbing associated with the toe-post.
We also find people who have previously worn toe-post sandals and wear them again after a long winter, also experience some rubbing. The best thing to do is put Vaseline between your toes or wear a light plaster when you start wearing them.
If you have blisters already, we suggest wait for them to go down until you wear the sandals again.
