What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from all credit or debit card (excluding American Express). Alternatively, you can opt to pay using Paypal or Amazon Pay.

 

How long does it take for an order to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days. We can provide regular updates on the status of your parcel if you provide an email address when placing your order.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over £50 within the UK, or £2.99 for any orders less than £50.

We also offer ‘Next Day Delivery’ on selected items at a cost of £5.99. Please choose this option before 5pm, to receive your order the following working day.

 

How do I return an unwanted item?

Providing the product is in its original, unworn condition, you can return your purchase to us within 35 days of the initial payment and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover the postage costs for returning an item to us.

We recommend using a courier such as Royal Mail or Collect+ when sending a parcel back to us. We strongly advise that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.

What should I do if I encounter a fault with my purchase?

Should you encounter a fault with your purchase, please contact us on 0330 166 7680 to discuss this with a member of our Customer Services team. Alternatively, please feel free to send us an email using help@shoetique.co.uk

We will only make a final comment on potential faults once your purchase has been inspected by our returns department. If we agree that there is a fault upon receipt of return, we will refund your cost to return them to us.
