We offer Free Exchanges on all UK orders
We know that buying online can sometimes be tricky. That is why we offer you the peace of mind of free exchanges in the the UK.
You will receive a bespoke Shoetique invoice with your order. Within that invoice there will be two pre-paid labels which you can simply peel off and attach to your return parcel. You will also be provided with clear instructions on how to return your parcel. We believe in marking the returns process as straightforward and seamless as possible.
We offer you the choice of using a Royal Mail label which you can take to your nearest Post Office, or a Collect+ label which you can take to over 5,000 stores across the UK.
We aim to dispatch your exchange (free of charge), within two days of receipt of your parcel - although it is often the very same day. You will receive an email as soon as we do so. If for whatever reason we don't have your chosen item in stock we will do our best to get it for you or offer you an alternative.
Refunds
All refunds are made within two days of receipt of your parcel. As above, refunds are often made the very same day we receive your parcel.
